When you place a shop order, we store order and shipping details such as name, email, phone, address, and country. We may use your email to send booking or order confirmation messages related to your request. Providers may also keep internal notes linked to a guest email for service purposes.
We use your browser's local storage to save shopping cart items, temporary Stripe checkout or booking session IDs, and your cookie-consent choice. This helps shopping and checkout work smoothly without storing card details on our servers.
We use a 'locale' cookie solely to remember your preferred language (English or German) and provide a localized experience.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing when you book an appointment or place an order; payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers. Please see Stripe's Privacy Policy for how Stripe processes data. Product images may be delivered via Cloudinary.
